A pleasing personality is one of the best assets a businessman can have and this trait can be developed through developing your character—that person that describes who you are, what you stand for, and what your beliefs are. It allows your passion to shine through your actions when you are conducting your business.
The easiest way to build your character is through auto-suggestions or affirmation. My experiences in the MLM business have taught me that affirmations should be parallel to the person that you want to be. I had a lot of limiting beliefs when I was just starting out and I wasn’t the type of person that people would be attracted to, let alone be in business with. I had to create affirmations and I put them on an audio cassette tape.
So write down your affirmations, learn them by heart, and say them out loud so that you may start conditioning your mind. Some affirmations you can use are:
- “I have a pleasing personality.”
- “I am an excellent decision maker.”
- “I have the ability to achieve my goals.”
- “I am an honest and trustworthy person.”
Always remember that passion stems out from a person’s character. Practice saying these affirmations so that you too can attract positivity in your business endeavors the way I have despite having a shaky start.
