AFFIRMATIONS:

My mother gave me the gift of dreaming big. I hope I can show you the power of affirmations and encourage you to develop the self-discipline to apply this technique into your life. If I could give you a gift, this is what it would be. Affirmations are positive, present tense statements that you make to yourself. They are known to induce a calm, confident attitude that everything is going to be fine. It’s been said that prayer is the highest form of affirmation. Some people prefer to call it positive self-talk. But, whatever you want to call it, the methods used to practice positive affirmations are quite effective and work with great reliability. They’re a simple way of telling the truth about your future in advance. To me, making affirmations is a lot like working out. I have to exercise my self-belief to keep it in top condition. If I go a few days without writing out my goals and personal affirmations, I feel like I missed a few days of working out. I don’t feel as sharp or strong and I can’t wait to get back into the routine. I struck up a friendship with Dr. Eldon Taylor, currently president and director of Progressive Awareness Research, Inc., who has made a career of studying the human mind. He has made tremendous strides in identifying how our brain works, how to predict change, and how to establish new behavior. We joined forces to create a series of success affirmation audiocassette programs. With his help, these tapes deliver a revolutionary approach to delivering messages to the mind that will alter your self-limiting beliefs. I spent years retraining my mind and programming it to help me become a success. These tapes will help you cut down on the amount of time it’ll take you to do what I did. Dr. Taylor has allowed me to bring you this shortcut that melds science and technology to help you achieve success.

Affirmations can be practiced by a series of mental exercises that stimulate your subconscious mind and accelerate the results of making inner changes in your life. Affirmations are the fastest way to reprogram the way you think. For me, when I first discovered the power of affirmations, I knew it was the tool I needed to help me overcome all of my limiting beliefs that were holding back, and boy did I have a lot of them. I sat down and made a list of every characteristic that I would need to develop, in order to achieve my dreams and become the type of person that I desired to be. I wrote these characteristics down in the form of positive, present tenses and personal affirmations. I recorded my affirmation on an audiocassette tape and listened to this tape all the time, day and night, for the next two years. I must have told myself a thousand times that I was a success. After a while, I started to believe it. Out of everything that I’ve ever learned about reprogramming and creating new belief structures, the power of affirmations is the greatest tool anyone can use.

By using the following techniques, both separately or in a combination, you will develop all of the qualities and characteristics that you need to achieve success. Its methods will help reestablish a positive belief structure, allowing you to tap into untouched potential.
